Aims:

Strategic project aim:

Using innovated facilities, content and teaching process in order to prepare the secondary school – leaver for sciential society, get the scientific subjects modernized

1. Innovating content and methods; improving educational output for the sciential society labour market needs

2. Setting a preparation and a further education of pedagogues as to gain and develop the skills of „the traditional school to modern one“  change

Specific aims and activities:

1. To create, innovate and verify the lesson and didactic materials; use innovations of laboratories as to get scientific subjects for the student´s skills development attractive

2. By the means of innovative didactic facilities and the most modern educational methods, promote the teacher´s essential skills concerning the lesson methodics

3. To create the next studium and profession consulting system, to support the communication and interpersonal pupils´ skills, placing an emphasis on the labour market success

Activity 1.1 Innovative educational content creation

The central aim is to create, innovate and verify the teaching and didactic scientific subjects materials. Joining the laboratories innovation and modernising, get the most modern methods, forms and facilities based education, as to raise further students´ technical and scientific subjects studium motivation.

Activity 2.1  By the means of innovative didactic facilities and the most modern educational methods, promote the teacher´s essential skills concerning the lesson methodics

The central aim is to make training of teachers of sciences with the intention of:

- acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills concerning CAD (computer – aided laboratory) application in teaching process;

- laboratory and demonstrational experiments sets for scientific subjects creation;

To make the following trainings:

– e-learning education success and administring in the Moodle setting course;

- the teachers´ tablets usage in teaching process as well as for the educational materials in the iBooksAuthor software creation; to enable the teachers  further innovative education and modern didactic and video facilities methodics creation education attendance for an operating and a robot kit programming; to make the methodical preparation for the CLIL method – based education; to enable the teacher personality and assertive communication development training attendance for our teachers; to enable them to take part in different conferences, workshops and expositions concerning scientific subjects, IT, didactic technic and all these subjects teaching.

Activity 3.1 To create the next studium and profession consulting system, to support the communication and interpersonal pupils´ skills, placing an emphasis on the labour market success

The central aim is the improvement of profession orientation and career consulting system level of our school, using new ways in information work, focusing of consulting activity especially on a support of an individual´s self – development and self – acceptance integrated image in his labour market position too and leading students in their self – strategic – decision process through accepting different life experience. It´s our priority to get with students´ ability for greater options inclusion as well as with new perspectives, as they would get know new study and profession options; to enliven an own life strategies formating skills, to create a new activating model in a career consulting system of the secondary schools students in our county, to activate in order to form the missing interlinks between secondary school and university with an atttention to the Slovak developing industrial sectors needs and the forgoing intention of theoretically competent staff preparation, apt to the technical universities study;  and to improve and deepen the general teachers – parents co-operation and get the mutual interlinks among the educational system,  employment agencies, the regional and foreign sources.
